The townhomes range in size from 1,916 square feet to 2,399 square feet. All units include a two car garage and a private courtyard patio area.
The Retail / Office Units located at street level for walk-in customers range in size from 787 square feet to 1,903 square feet. Permitted business uses include retail stores; business, professional, and real estate offices; medical and dental clinics, cafes, confectioneries, soda fountains, dry cleaners, and bank branch offices.
Construction of Building 1 was completed in October 2007. All four commercial units in the building were purchased prior to completion of construction. The owners/tenants are Roby Financial, the Ada Community Library and Hidden Springs Dental. Only one of the residential units - the Soho - is still available.
Building 2 will feature newly redesigned units to better serve the market, including a 1650 square feet single-level unit.
